Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development (MIHUD) oversees infrastructure planning, development, and delivery in Zambia and provides strategic guidance for the KMTR Project.

Under the MIHUD, the Road Development Agency (RDA) oversees the planning and execution of road infrastructure across Zambia. Its technical leadership has been instrumental in supporting GED Zambia to ensure that the KMTR Project complies with national standards and contributes to long-term economic development.
